Why am I not receiving information on events at Canning House?

Why am I not receiving information on events at Canning House?
You will need to sign up to our mailing list. You can do this by following this link and filling out the online registration form. Please ensure you tick the "Interests" boxes that you want to receive information on, including "Department: Corporate (Politics, Business, Economics)" for Corporate events and "Department: Culture" for Cultural events.
I have registered my details but I am unable to book tickets or purchase membership.
Your account must be activated in order to book tickets for events and purchase membership. An activation key will have been sent to the email address that you registered with. Follow the link sent from Canning House with the subject "Your Canning House registration" to activate your account. We recommend that you also check your junk mail folder for this message.
I am a corporate member but I am not able to purchase member's rate tickets.
Firstly you will need to make sure your personal details are registered by following this link, and that you are logged in.
You will then need to attach your company's membership to your account. You can do this by clicking the "Corporate" button at the top of the page, then "Membership" and then the "Add Membership to this account" option on the left hand side of your screen.
You will then be taken to a form which will ask you for your company's membership number and membership password. This information will have been issued to our main contact at your organization on purchasing membership. Once you have given this information you will be able to book tickets at the member's rate.
For long-standing members of Canning House this information will have been issued in May 2008. Please email business@canninghouse.org if your main contact's details have changed.
I do not have access to a corporate credit card, can I pay by cheque?
Delegates are able to book tickets for corporate events with the option of paying by cheque. However, all delegates should be advised that bookings cannot be confirmed until a cheque for the correct amount has been received. To ensure attendance we require that all cheques are received no later than close of business on the working day before the day of the event.
Please note: We cannot accept payment on the door on the day of the event.
I qualify for free tickets for corporate events but cannot book tickets online.
Students, embassy staff and HMG may attend events free of charge. For delegates who qualify, please ensure your details are registered with www.canninghouse.com, before emailing corporate@canninghouse.org or business@canninghouse.org to request free places. Please do not try to book free tickets online if you qualify for complimentary places.
Students must bring valid student identification with them to present at the door.
I am receiving too many messages from Canning House
You will receive emails from us to inform you of forthcoming events. We also send reminders about events and final reminders at weekly intervals (usually three for each event). If you receive two emails simultaneously with the same subject it is likely that you are registered twice in our database. You may have registered with two different email addresses. If you think this is the case please email business@canninghouse.org and we will check.
For administrative purposes we prefer you to operate from one email address. If you are registered with two or more email addresses and can receive email from Canning House at one, please specify which and we will delete the non-working registrations.
Automatically generated messages will be sent when you register your details, when you activate your registration, when book tickets for events, when you attach membership and when you purchase membership. Members will receive reminders about renewing membership a month before it is due to expire and again a week before it is due to expire.
If you want to stop receiving information on events at Canning House please email business@canninghouse.org to be removed from the corporate department mailing list and culture@canninghouse.org to be removed from the culture department's mailing list.
I can't remember my password
For long-standing members of Canning House passwords were issued in April via email with the subject "Canning House Website - Your Login Details". If you selected your own password and cannot remember it email business@canninghouse.org or culture@canninghouse.org to request that your password be reset.
